This project began by removing a failing paver patio and deteriorating wood railing that no longer served the homeowner’s needs. The goal was to replace the aging and high-maintenance materials with something durable, low-maintenance, and visually appealing.
The new installation features a clean white composite fascia and a Timbertech Fulton metal railing system for a sleek, long-lasting upgrade. A large stamped concrete patio was poured to replace the uneven pavers, offering a unified look that blends beautifully with the home’s architecture.
The completed space now provides a safe and attractive area for entertaining and relaxing. The combination of low-maintenance materials and professional design adds both function and curb appeal to the backyard.
